Bosch Baby II Health Patch
Health patch and application that help moniter kid's health
The project targets to develop a medical device graded disposable vital sign monitoring skin patch for consumer market in China. The target users are baby and child from 0.5-5 years old. For the phrase I, the product is to monitor 4 vital signs (body temperature, heart rate, respiration rate, pulse oxygen saturation), and to transmit data wirelessly.
Based on desktop research, I provided 2 concept design for the client. The client is happy with record function which enables the parents to record the medicine was taken and the frequency of poop. The client also like the similarity analysis function. For small kids, parents love to record kid's health condition in detail and poop shows how the kid digest. Waiting in line in the hospital can cause some problem as well, like getting a disease from another sick baby. The similarity analysis function match for the most similar symptom in the past health data history and shows what kind of medicine was taken, how long does it take to heal.
